Brandon Pyers has successfully negotiated and implemented over 50 million dollars in site incentives while at New Landmark Group - securing incentives for facility location projects in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, and Wisconsin.

Brandon’s previous career in the public sector lends a unique perspective and knowledge base to site incentive negotiations. While in public service, he designed Massachusetts ’ strategic business development effort to attract international technology companies to the state. In this role, Brandon was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site location process and has significant experience working with biopharmaceutical, medical device, and renewable energy operations.

Recently, Brandon has supported multi-state site location projects for: a renewable energy company, an international defense contractor and a life science manufacturing company.

A graduate of Suffolk University , Brandon continues to be active in politics and in his free time, competitive sailing.
