The method we utilize for project success
New Landmark Group develops a custom state and local incentive acquisition program for new clients using a three phase approach.
  1. Survey and research existing facilities and employees in order to determine all potential incentives not yet utilized.
  2. Survey and research all proposed new investments, new hires and training expenditures through capital budgets, personnel training budgets and real estate site selection developments.
  3. All facility information is stored in New Landmark Group ’s database to be monitored for effects of new or changing legislation and rulings.
Phases of project development:

Information & confidentiality
In order to obtain the maximum amount of benefits, New Landmark Group asks:

  • For information on the development
  • To be in contact with the appropriate parties
  • Maintain confidentiality — information is used only when authorized to do so by the client

Timeliness and Cooperation
Incentive negotiations ought to take place during the earliest stages of the site selection process. Leveraging information in order to obtain public incentives exists only prior to any contract execution, i.e., lease or purchase & sale agreement.

Obtaining available incentives are increased significantly when New Landmark Group and the real estate representative (and the developer) work cooperatively.
