Key staff include:

Mark A. Coté is founder and Chief Executive of New Landmark Group providing services to over 40 Fortune 500 Companies, including Fortune 50 Companies. Mr. Coté has several years experience with public sector economic development and community planning agencies where he was responsible for developing community-based land-use plans and economic development programs in accordance to public policy. As Director of Business Development Services with Pierce Kennedy Hearth, Mr. Coté has developed and delivered economic development services to corporate clients.

Mark A. Coté received a Master of Business Administration from University of Hartford; and Master of Science, Organizational and Management, Antioch/New England Graduate School.

Robert (Bobby) Matthews served several years with the Massachusetts Department of Economic Development for Governors Romney, Cellucci and Swift. Throughout his term, Mr. Matthews managed the central region of the Massachusetts Office of Business Development (MOBD). As an MOBD Regional Director, Mr. Matthews assisted the business community with site selection, project financing, workforce training grants and Massachusetts' signature business attraction and retention tool — the Economic Development Incentive Program (EDIP). Among the major expansion projects that Mr. Matthews helped facilitate were Charles River Laboratories, Nypro, Biomeasure, The Mathworks, Polar Corporation, BJ's Wholsale, Omnirel/International Rectifier and Lifeline Systems/Phillips.

Prior to his work in economic development, Mr. Matthews served as Director for Governor Cellucci's successful 2000 Tax Rollback campaign. Mr. Matthews has also worked for Norfolk District Attorney Jeffrey A. Locke, and Maine Governor John R. McKernan. A graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, Mr. Matthews lives with his family in West Boylston, Massachusetts and serves on the Board of Directors of the West Boylston Little League.

Dave Dillon worked for Kmart Corporation for 35 years in various areas of responsibility. The last 15 years of his Kmart career were spent developing and administering a program for pursuing federal, state and local Economic Development Incentives for Kmart's Rapid Development Program.

In 2001 Dave retired from the Kmart Corporation and joined New Landmark Group. He serves as key liaison and strategist between New Landmark Group and its numerous clients, ensuring maximum benefits for clients through negotiations of any and all government incentives available.

David G. Dillon

Brandon M. Pyers joins the New Landmark Group from the Massachusetts International Trade Council, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation tasked with positioning Massachusetts as a leader in the global economy. As a founder of the state’s Foreign Direct Investment program, Mr. Pyers worked to design and implement strategies to increase the number of international scientific and technology-based companies locating in Massachusetts. Under his leadership, these efforts have "in-sourced" over 1,500 new jobs and stimulated over $325 million in new investment. Mr. Pyers has experience in all aspects of the site selection process, with particular expertise in developing business incentive and financing packages for a broad spectrum of companies — from large multi-national corporations to start-up companies — engaged in the research & development and manufacturing of emerging technologies.

Prior to serving in the administrations of Governors Swift, Romney and Patrick, Mr. Pyers lived in London, England where he worked as a business policy analyst within the United Kingdom’s House of Commons.
