- Determines program eligibility, negotiates and acquires all incentives, administers and tracks the benefits, provides reports and ensures compliance of all incentive programs;
- Ensures the most up-to-date information about existing and new government incentive programs;
- Maintains key relationships with public practitioners and policy makers;
- Provides a pledge of service, reliability and accountability to its clients;
- Possesses extensive research and client service capabilities; and
- Maintains working relationships with the corporate departmental structures — tax, real estate, human resources, and legal — in order to obtain the maximum allowable benefit and fulfill compliance requirements for the life of the incentives.
