David G. Dillon worked for Kmart Corporation for 35 years prior to joining the New Landmark Group team in 2001. During the last 15 years of his career at Kmart, Mr. Dillon developed and administered a program for pursuing federal, state and local economic development incentives for Kmart's Rapid Development Program. At New Landmark Group, Mr. Dillon serves as a strategist and key liaison between the firm and its clients. Mr. Dillon ensures maximum benefits for clients through negotiations of available government incentives.
